Mom, Sarah and Deb came over today with their kiddos for lunch and a photo shoot.

Phi thought our lawnmower was pretty cool!

Something in the sky must have been interesting, too!

Flowers

Here are some more beautiful flowers from God's creation! It's amazing how each are so different and unique from the other! Enjoy! :)
I don't know what a lot of these are named, so if anyone wants to tell me what they are, feel free! :)

Bleeding hearts

hmmm...don't remember this one, but it's on a bush...

this one I took wth the sun directly behind it - turned out interesting - the leaves are almost transparent.

Mothers Day

We've had some nice spring days here, which have gotten many into the mood to do some planting and yardwork!

A friend bought me this gorgeous bright blue clay pot that I had been wanting, so I immediately went to the nursery to find some flowers to plant in it. Dave, being the landscaper with lots of experience, came along and helped me choose some flowers that would go together. After a little bit of rocks, dirt, and fertilizer, it came out looking like this!

I am just so excited to have a little bit of color in our tiny backyard and can't wait to do some more planting! :)

We had an early Mothers Day dinner at Dad and Mom Bartletts house for all the moms in the family on Saturday evening. Mom and I stayed at the house with the kiddos while some when to play frisbee golf.

Awwww!!!! Hugs! (I love this pic!)

I think this is Phi's favorite toy at Grandma's house. :)

Dolly would get so excited when Phi would come over to her. She would start laughing and bop up and down. :) So cute. :)

Not sure what Phi was doing here, but it turned out to be a funny picture! :)

"To share, or not to share, that is the question!" ;)

After dinner, Eugen kept us all entertained by reading Patrick McManus.

He would start laughing to himself, and then end up reading the whole chapter aloud so eveyone could hear. :)

Everyone laughing!

Phi got a little worried about Daddy laughing so hard. :)

Dolly's liking the redneck humor at a young age! uh oh! ;)

Dave and I and Andrew went in on buying hanging baskets of fuschia's for Mom's front porch.

Aren't they amazing flowers? She loved them! :)
